We’re all so busy these days, especially at work. Being too busy makes us unhappy.

It also makes others unhappy when we are too busy…too busy to talk to them.

Many people feel ignored at work as a result.

People report that a lack of attention at work can feel worse than being bullied.

Research suggests that feeling isolated is as bad for your health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day!

People who feel ignored are also more likely to cause problems in your organization because of their active disengagement.

What strategies do you use to try to reduce the chances that one of your coworkers is feeling ignored?
