RESULTS
In my courses on Behavioral Safety Leadership, I teach leaders to use the latest behavioral science techniques to create safer work environments and get the results they want from themselves and their coworkers.
This case study shows the results of teaching over 500 leaders Behavioral Science Leadership.
We found that sites who took my course reduced their injuries 2x as much as similar sites who did not take the course.
In addition, the savings resulting from the 497 recorded course improvement projects was $6.5 million.
